Yearly Weather Rant

Anyone who says they like this time of year over the summer is completely bullshitting you. I live in southern Ma. Over the weekend we got about 2 feet of snow, then sleet, then rain and now its 18 degrees out, do the math…its the fucking frozen tundra out there, might as well live in Siberia. You walk out to warm your car up or scrap off the ice, you slip and fall on the black ice that accumulates EVERY night from now until March, then you can’t open your car door becuase its FUCKING FROZEN STUCK….WTF kind of bullshit is that. The 3+ hours of snow blowing and shoveling heavy slush and then the chipping of the ice underneath…fuuuck that. This weather is good ONLY if you are on ski vacation…thats it, for the rest of the world that has to get up and trudge to work every day it couldn’t suck more. I’m not going to even get into the driving aspect living in this area when the weather is bad….its suck x 100. Fortunately for me I don’t have to commute at the moment. I work from home as a freelance graphic designer. But for my wife who is a traveling Physical Therapist it sucks, getting in and out of her car in this horse shit frozen crap sucks and I feel sorry for her. So if you say you love the winter, your full of shit unless you live on a ski mountain or work from home! LOL

Oh, and fuck the weather people that spin these forcasts, “oooo, we’re still below the national average..” FUCK YOU, “its going to be cold, but not as cold as other places” FUCK YOU, “its going to snow 3 days in a row, but be sunny on the frontside and backside of it” FUCK YOU….bunchya rating whore spin doctors….

Nuff weather rant for now, busy week to get ready for….lots of work and shopping to get done.

My urk of the month, that we’ll hopefully talk about on the next show is this Rachael Ray chick…who the fuck is she and were the fuck did she come from? All of a sudden I’m getting asked if I want to try her fucking cinnamon latte or some shit at Dunkin Donuts in the mornings…hey Rachael…shut the fuck up, get your tough-chick, Leah Remini wanna-be, face off my Dunkin Donuts menu and stop having my Dunkin Donuts girls to ask me if I want your shit ass flavors…..jeeez.

Bergy is still looking for Mrs. 3%, he can only date 3% of the population, we’ll expound on this.

I’m trying to avoid winter boredom without spending alot of money.

Here we are again. Like fruit flies, we just won’t go away while there’s rotten fruit around…and that rotten fruit is stupid fuckin people…you meet all kinds, all shapes, all sizes everyday….Bergy and I are just going to tell you about a few of our experiences….in this lovely episode we talk about Bergy’s latest relationship culmination…yes folks he has ended another relationship that caused him to stray from the safety of the NOSAC boundries, tsk, tsk, tsk…when is he gonna learn that he can find solice here, the warmth of a good old fashioned truth session, that this is home for him, and like Dorothy once said, you never truely ever leave home. Maybe someday huh pal? LOL. Come on in and listen to us bullshit about nothing and everything all at once…we end with a smashing cover of Pink Floyds, Wish You Were Here….having just come back from seeing Aussie Floyd at BU here in Boston, it was a must play….give us a listen, its 50 minutes of your life you won’t only never get back, but also 50 minutes that you’ll never forget….!!!

Well I’m sorry to bust your bubble on that one. ;) Anyway, from time-to-time, as a designer, I, well I should say we, designers collectively, get asked by people we know or are aquainted with or by someone one of our aquaintences knows, to work on a design project for free. Your down in your office-cave when you hear the door open upstairs, and…..you start to move toward the staircase with anticipation (and a semi), you pear up the stairs and who comes around the corner pearing back? Your mother-in-law….ooooooooo, now thats a MAJOR BUZZKILL.
